Your private circle

This local test app stores your email address, a salted password hash, your ritual details, recorded acceptance of the terms, and payment references in its server database. Your session uses an essential HttpOnly cookie. The public homepage uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate visits, page views, and page performance. Account, checkout, and ritual-detail pages are excluded from the analytics script. We do not send ritual stories or account email addresses to the analytics service.

Keep the story minimal

Nicknames are enough. Approximate adult age and birthday month or zodiac sign are optional. Please do not submit full names, home addresses, family names, financial details or sensitive information about other people.

Payments

When configured, Stripe handles checkout. Card numbers are not collected or stored by Hex the Ex. We receive the payment status and order reference. Only your account email and the order reference are sent to Stripe; your ritual story stays in the app.

Removing a ritual

The Remove this hex action erases the descriptive ritual details and hides the order from your dashboard. The account and minimal payment record remain. Full account deletion, a retention policy and a privacy contact must be added before public launch.

Launch requirements

This is a draft notice for a local prototype. Before collecting real customer data, complete the operator identity, lawful bases, access and deletion request process, retention periods, hosting and processor details, and international transfer information where applicable.
